It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden death of Birger Jorgensen, our Senior Engineer on Sunday, June 26th.
Birger Jorgensen – 1958-2016
| Senior Engineer of Scan-Speak A/S and an integral part of its R&D team. Over the years his experience and skills led to many innovations and new designs of audio transducers. He was well-known for his kindness, patience and willingness to help answer any question or solve any technical issue that anyone had. His vast knowledge and technical competence caused many to rely on him for the most technical of technical answers which won him the respect of many within our industry. Thanks to the man that he was, many of those that crossed Birger’s path developed very close relationships with him to the point of considering him a personal friend as did he with them. He will be sorely missed by all his family, friends and colleagues. |
